Babyshaming is cool now? All about women’s rights, the left want to blast Bristol Palin for being married and preggers?

Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, found herself the target of plenty of hate and derision from the left when she announced this week that she is expecting a child with husband and Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer.

The news about a baby was included in a blogpost from Palin slamming Kathy Griffin for a tasteless stunt the comedienne pulled recently involving Fox News’ Megyn Kelly.

The left claims to be all about women’s rights, as long as the choices made by women adhere to their radical worldview.

…which clearly excludes being married and procreating.

This will be 26-year-old Palin’s second child with Meyer. She had her first child as an unwed teenager in December 2008, the irony being that this demographic is typically embraced by liberals.

While the hypocrisy is expected, the vile nature of the left still catches us by surprise for some odd reason. Not that the right can’t give as good as it gets.

Here’s a sampling of responses to the “happy announcement” from Twitter.

Some things remain consistent when it comes to the left, though, starting with the promotion of Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the U.S. Another consistency is the total disregard for facts, like Palin being married to the father.
