Walker claims he has been skipped over for promotions for 13 years because he is black, according to the Journal Constitution.

The paper said it did not know who all of the plaintiffs in the current case are but it listed some discrimination lawsuits that have been filed against CNN in recent years.

In October, 2014, a field producer in Los Angeles Stanley Wilson filed a $5 million wrongful termination suit against CNN.

Now former CNN writer/producer Ricky Blalock filed a lawsuit in December 2015 over racial discrimination. He left the company soon after.

In October, 2016, former producer and writer Omar Butcher sued CNN for racial and religious discrimination.

CNN did not immediately respond to the Journal Constitution’s request for comment.
