Barney Frank horribly smears Justice Scalia in his grave; MSNBC’s cries ‘that’s not funny’ as he cracks up

Apparently, the Democrat Party didn’t hear Michelle Obama’s mantra “when they go low we go high” because they seem to be in a race to see who can go the lowest.

Former Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank is the latest to enter the contest and he has jumped to the front of the despicable pack.

Frank appeared on an MSNBC panel to discuss Donald Trump’s tweet in which he said burning the flag should be illegal and, he said, that the president-elect should heed the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s opinion on it.

Obama tells ‘Rolling Stone’ Dems lost partly because ‘Fox News is in every bar and restaurant’

“Scalia wrote the opinion, he was very strongly on the other side of [the flag burning issue], and he cited Scalia as his favorite justice, the openly gay former Congressman told host Chris Matthews. “I think there was a pronunciation problem there. You know, Scalia was actually the leading advocate of fag burning, not flag burning.”

Matthews replied with a disingenuous “that’s not funny,” as he broke out in a hearty laugh.

Imagine the response if Trump, or any Republican, made such a comment. It would be far from laughter.

Social media users were not as amused.
