Hillary Clinton surrogates trying to defend their candidate on ever-so-friendly CNN hasn’t worked out so well this week.
On Tuesday, Democratic Rep. Debbie Dingell appeared with Chris Cuomo to take on the impossible task of naming a key Clinton accomplishment during her term as secretary of state, and failed miserably.
Then, just two days later, former New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn defined going out in an angry blaze of glory when she went on “Anderson Cooper 360” to try to defend the fact that the father of Orlando terrorist Omar Mateen sat right behind Hillary Clinton during a campaign rally.
During the discussion, and particularly in response to panelist Kayleigh McEnany’s impossible question, “What attracted the father of the Orlando terrorist to your candidate?” Quinn provided viewers with an epic display of”liberal rage” that will live forever on Twitter.

@cnn @MediaBuzzFNC Christine Quinn should be fired for condescending – continually calling other host "honey." Quinn is pure trash

Not everyone agreed, of course!
I seriously think Christine Quinn just wanted to jump across that panel table a beat the ridiculousness right out of Kayleigh McEnany #CNN
