BS meter explodes when Hillary finally goes on Fox News, reveals ‘big’ secret about her mom and the network

Of all the revelations to emerge from Hillary Clinton‘s long awaited appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” the most surprising may be that her deceased mother was “a big Fox viewer.”

Not that her politics leaned right, mind you… the Democratic nominee explained that her mother was drawn to the network for a “strategic reason.”

“Why didn’t you take that from her?” host Chris Wallace asked when Clinton made the unexpected admission.

“Well, I once said — and she would get upset — I’ll be honest, she would get upset when people would say terrible things about me,” Clinton said. “That was when I was a senator running for president and for the first two years as secretary of state.”

But before Clinton dared offend her left-wing base, she quickly explained her mother’s reasoning.

“I would say, ‘Well, mom, if it upsets you so much, why do you keep watching?’” she added. “She said ‘I like some of the people and I have to know what the other ones are saying so I can understand and be against it.’ So I think she had a very strategic reason for watching.”

The reaction on social media seemed to focus on a central theme … see if you can pick up on it in these responses from Twitter:
