The GOP nominee Donald Trump noticed something about the Democratic National Convention (DNC).
On the first day, there were a lot of usual Democratic talking points about free healthcare, debt-free college for students and universal child-care.
But, when it came to the two biggest issues, the economy and Islamic terrorism, Trump noticed a disconnect.

Many Americans are wondering the same thing.
On issues like the economy, the border and terrorism, Trump scores much higher than Hillary Clinton.
A recent CNN poll found that Trump crushes Clinton on the issue of terrorism, pulling in 53 percent on the matter compared to Clinton’s weak 42 percent.
