The 31 year-old responsible for the attack has not yet been connected with any terrorist organization and no group has yet claimed involvement.
However, there have reportedly been disturbing posters circulating online by unofficial ISIS channels. Dubai-based reporter for Arabic Al Aan TV, Jenan Moussa, has been following ISIS on social media, according to Twitchy.
Following are some of the posters being circulated by ISIS unofficial channels celebrating the attack. Many are using the same hashtags used by those praying for and supporting the people of Nice to propagate their own message of terror. There is even one alarming poster threatening “Orlando was just the beginning” and “soon in Berlin.”
