Libs slam New York Times as racist after columnist dares to call President Obama by another name

In a New York Times Sunday article, columnist Maureen Dowd referred to President Obama by his nickname, Barry, and all hell broke loose on social media.

In the column, titled “The Clinton Contamination,” Dowd praised the president for trying to “reign in” Clinton when she worked as secretary of state but said that ultimately his efforts were unsuccessful.

And it was in that paragraph where a lighthearted comment sent the Left over the edge.

But in the end, Hillary’s goo got on Obama anyhow. On Tuesday, after Comey managed to make both Democrats and Republicans angry by indicting Clinton politically but not legally, Barry and Hillary flew to Charlotte, N.C., for their first joint campaign appearance.

The response on Twitter was swift.

Racist?

Where were these people for “Dubya” Bush. What do they thin of “Ike” and “Dick” Nixon?
