Someone may want to remind Uber that they’re not the only ride in town.
Accepting the left’s gun control narrative, the ride-sharing company changed its app Friday evening to have riders “reflect on gun violence” while awaiting transportation.
Instead of the usual countdown message showing how many minutes away a driver is, the app instead showed a “minute to reflect on gun violence.”

If Uber’s not careful with its political foray, riders may opt to look for a Lyft instead… either way, social media users were not impressed.

@redsteeze @nycjim This is the same company that took a $3.5B investment from a country that executes gay people, just like Omar Mateen.

@redsteeze @MomsDement @Uber I just reflected on ‘gun violence’ by recalling you disarm legal CCW drivers, so I deleted your app.

Well @Uber, I did take a minute. I thought about your armed driver that stopped a mass shooting in Chicago. https://t.co/UC2iBaKvzX— Smittie (@smittie61984) July 9, 2016
