Joy Behar doesn’t understand when to draw the line…

With media headlines streaming about whether or not Sen. Bernie Sanders will stay in the Democratic presidential primary with Hillary Clinton, Behar thought it would be a good time to tell the world how she really feels about the self-proclaimed socialist.
