A pro-Donald Trump Super PAC is proving that it is average Americans that are fueling, what Trump calls, “The Movement.”

The Great America PAC filed a report with the Federal Elections Commission detailing the main source of its funds last month came from donations of less than $200, which is “highly unusual,”  The Hill reported.

This is significant because Super PACs are generally formed with the intention of wrangling in big dollar donations from wealthy backers.

The group reported it raised $513,606 in April, with 81 percent coming from donations of $200 or less, according to the filing. In giving smaller amounts, these donors can hide their identity, according to the report. Given the tone and controversy surrounding this election, there’s no surprise in that trend.

Since the Great America PAC was formed in February it has seen its donations of this type spike from 22 percent in its opening month to 24 percent in March to the huge move last month, according to The Hill.

In fact the largest financial contribution in April came from the group’s lead fundraiser, Eric Beach, in the form of a loan of $50,000.

Other than that, the largest donation the group landed in April was a mere $2,000, according to The Hill.

Great America PAC, which is also led by former Ronald Reagan aide Ed Rollins, finished April with just $65,236 cash on hand. The super-PAC also reported debts of $300,000.

That is likely to change, however, with the addition of Minnesota billionaire Stanley Hubbard who has joined the PAC’s advisory committee.

Hubbard, who said he cut a “six-figure” check to the Great America PAC, previously gave funds  to another PAC dedicated to stopping Trump’s ascension to the Republican presidential nomination.

He called the presumptive Republican presidential nominee “a work in progress.”
