The media’s fixation on Donald Trump is so complete that it includes naming the various hand gestures the Republican presidential front-runner uses while speaking to supporters.

Mark Halperin, co-host of “With All Due Respect,” broadcast by Bloomberg Television, told viewers they identified “73 distinct motions” that Trump used at a recent campaign rally.

Among the names they assigned to the hand gestures include “The Bunny,” “The Claw,” “The Forehead Tattoo” and “Pocket Rockets,” according to Media Research Center.

A video compilation of the gestures was set to the “The Blue Danube,” a waltz by the Austrian composer Johann Strauss II.

While the video mocks Trump to some degree, it seemed to be done in good fun.

In fact, Halperin came under fire from some Trump critics when, on the same show, he said “the private Trump is somebody who I think people would feel more comfortable with as president than the way he often performs in public.”

Trump has the capacity to surprise,” he added. “Trump can start behaving differently, and people will be like, ‘wow, that’s different.’ … I don’t think Hillary Clinton has that capacity.”
