His far-left politics aside, it seems actor Samuel L. Jackson is not all that liberal when it comes to accommodating fans.
At least that’s the take of a radio DJ known as “Fitz,” who took to Twitter on Saturday to denounce the actor as an “arrogant PUNK” when the actor refused to take a photo with him.
The disappointed fan posted this message: “That moment when you meet one of your favorite actors & they are a COMPLETE DI–!!!!!!!!! What an arrogant PUNK! Right @SamuelLJackson ????”
That moment when you meet one of your favorite actors & they are a COMPLETE DI🍆🍆!!!!!!!!! What an arrogant PUNK! Right @SamuelLJackson ????

Fair enough, one man’s opinion … except Jackson wasn’t having it. The actor responded to the tweet with his take on what took place between the two:
I refused the photo politely @FollowFITZ then you spazzed out! Learn to say Please & Fuck You! Thanks for the Whitney snitch!!
— Samuel L. Jackson (@SamuelLJackson) April 17, 2016
The DJ countered with the following comments, to include an invitation for Jackson to call his show:
@SamuelLJackson actually that’s what I did Sammy! Maybe you could learn a lot from my buddy @garthbrooks on how to to treat fans!!U kidding
— THE FITZ (@FollowFITZ) April 17, 2016
@SamuelLJackson you are forgetting that I was there! I was RUDE…..my ASS!!!! Not how it went down and u know it!! Call the show tomorrow:)

— THE FITZ (@FollowFITZ) April 17, 2016
Prompting another return from Jackson later the same day telling Fitz to “Stop whining, it’s over!”
I said, thanks but no @FollowFITZ, you said Aww C’mon, I’m a big fan, me, sorry, you, I watch all your movies but not anymore!
— Samuel L. Jackson (@SamuelLJackson) April 17, 2016
Now @FollowFITZ, do you see Please anywhere in that exchange? You saw it your way, I see it mine. Stop whining, it’s over!
— Samuel L. Jackson (@SamuelLJackson) April 17, 2016
Rightfully so, Fitz had no intention of not milking a golden opportunity and posted a video on Facebook detailing the whole experience with Jackson.
“If you’re going to be told ‘F you’ on Twitter by anybody, it’s awesome if it’s done by Samuel L. Jackson,” Fitz said.
“I just had a big letdown of my life,” he added. “There was no altercation. There was no situation. I just went on Twitter and I told Samuel L. Jackson, ‘hey I couldn’t believe how you treated one of your fans.'”

In an apparent attempt to put the whole matter to bed, Jackson responded one final time (with an added touch of charm).
Disappointed or not, Fitz should thank Jackson for his new-found notoriety — the exchange is getting plenty of attention on social media.
You’re right @FollowFITZ, I watched. There’s a lot of folks that share your experience w/ me & tons of others just the opposite! Still a Fan
