A powerful moment was captured during a special hour-long “Hannity” program on Wednesday when a severely wounded U.S. Marine came on stage to deliver a personal message to Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump.
Fox News host Sean Hannity gave up his seat so Cpl. Tony Porta could share with Trump his troubling experiences with the Department of Veterans Affair.
Porta, a spokesman for Veterans for Trump, was wounded by an IED that left two of his squad members dead, according to Fox News.
“When you become president, I don’t want you to work for those guys who are giving tons of money to a lot of people,” Porta told the candidate. “I want you to work for us.”
