After getting criticized about his business acumen, Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump took advantage of his success Tuesday in several GOP primary races to highlight a few Trump products.
In response to Mitt Romney’s recent effort to name failed business ventures Trump has been involved in over the years, the candidate set up a display next to the podium where he would give his victory speech that featured products he is now associated with.
The smorgasbord included Trump wines, Trump water, and cuts of meat said to be Trump steaks.

At first glance, viewers might have thought Trump was peddling the goods. One social media user even asked, “Is this a campaign stop or a QVC segment??”
“And by the way, if you want to take one, we’ll charge you about, what, 50 bucks a steak,” Trump joked.
But not so fast.
The inclusion of the steaks was curious because Trump steaks were discontinued in 2014 after a seven-year run on QVC.
Upon closer inspection — because that’s what social media users do — the cuts of meat appeared to be stamped with a logo similar to the West Palm Beach-based Bush Brothers Provision Co., which sells “the finest in prime and choice meats.”
Here’s the Trump product ad that still appears on the Sharper Image website:
Get ready for a Sharper Image flashback! The year was 2007… NBC’s Celebrity Apprenticerode the top of the ratings charts and Donald Trump himself graced our June catalog cover to promote a unique partnership. Like Mr. Trump himself, “Trump Steaks” were in a league of their own — USDA Prime Certified Angus Beef, flash frozen and shipped in a deluxe “presentation box.” Unfortunately, Trump Steaks are no longer available, but their legacy endures. And, whether you think Donald Trump’s candidacy is real steak or just sizzle, we hope you’ll enjoy this blast from the past. After all, what other catalog can boast a Presidential candidate on its cover?

Is it even possible that Trump used another company’s product? While that’s not entirely clear, social media users were quick to seize on the discrepancy to have a little fun at Trump’s expense.
Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:
Trump made a fabulous deal when he sold his steak company to the Bush Bros.
