Conservative actor Rob Lowe thinks he might know who the surprise Republican presidential nominee will be when the party meets for its convention in July.
NFL quarterback Peyton Manning is set to announce his retirement from a majestic, Hall of Fame worthy career at a news conference Tuesday, and Lowe joked that the timing was more than coincidental.
