Donald Trump was hit from all sides at Fox News’s GOP Debate Thursday, and many people noticed.
Fox News contributor Charles Krauthammer told Megyn Kelly after the debate that he saw the event as a “complete assault” on the front-runner.
“It was a complete assault on Trump – from left and right, from Cruz and Rubio – that scored, I thought, a lot of points,” he said.
He was quick to point out, however, that similar attacks in the past “haven’t left a mark” on Trump.
“I don’t think it’s in any way gonna diminish Trump’s numbers,” he told Kelly, but added that people who are on the fence about supporting Trump might second guess it after the debate.
And while Krauthammer saw blows coming from Trump’s left and right, many on social media also saw them coming from the front.
