Science guru Bill Nye asked NASCAR to keep up with the Joneses in terms of fuel and energy efficiency — in modern terms, to go green.
His simple request is for NASCAR to change its rules to ‘reward efficiency’ and enact fuel restrictions.
No problem. Why don’t they just race horses instead, no fuel required!
