Music superstar Taylor Swift make look sweet but she packs a mean punch.
At the Grammy Awards show Monday night, Swift won the coveted Album of the Year prize making her the first female to accomplish the feat twice, and in her acceptance speech, she smacked down her longtime rival Kanye West.
“As the first woman to win Album of the Year at the Grammys twice I want to say to all the young women out there: there will be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments, your fame,” she said.
“If you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you,” she added, “someday, when you get to where you’re going, you’ll look around and you will know it was you.”
The speech comes after West released a new song titled “Famous” last week where he raps about Swift saying he “made that b***h famous.”
