Donald Trump went after everyone at the Republican presidential debate Saturday night, including the crowd.
Trump attacked Jeb Bush saying he was “so wrong” on foreign policy when the crowd erupted into loud boos.
“Just so you understand, you know who that is? That’s Jeb’s special interests and lobbyists talking,” Trump said.
Even though moments later the crowd cheered him for saying America hasn’t won in the Middle East he attacked them again when they booed him for taking a shot at former candidate Lindsey Graham.
“I only tell the truth lobbyists,” he shot back at the crowd.

And he might have a point.
A January 19 article by the Washington Post explained that many lobbyists go from debate to debate like teenagers following a rock ‘n’ roll band.
“I heard people here saying, ‘I’ve been to three, how many have you been to?’ ” lobbyist and Republican fundraiser Richard Hohlt told the Post. “There are people who are almost debate groupies.”
“It’s like Old Home Week,” Ray Washburne, who worked for Chris Christie, added at the time. “Even though we’re all on different sides, it’s fun to meet up.”
Trump might be on to something.
