A Texas State University student was the talk of the campus after she produced a strange, nearly nude, live artistic performance outside of the school’s Chick-Fil-A.
Monika Rostvold, who studies fine arts, laid on a picnic table outside of the restaurant Monday and covered herself in fries and ketchup, the San Antonio Express News reported.
“I think the fact that food being craved and satisfied relates to how we satisfy our emotional and physical relationships now a days and just questioning, is this what we want,” she told the paper via text message.
Rostvold told Texas State’s University Star that people ate food off of her during the performance.
“People can take whatever they want from my performance,” she said. “I’m very open to opinions (about hook-up culture). Is it good? Is it bad? Is it healthy? I feel like people were debating and talking about what I was doing, so it got people talking about it.”
It isn’t the first time she made news on campus, either.
Last year she caused a stir by sitting nearly naked on the steps of the school’s library, the News reported.
And at least one other famous TSU student was thrilled about the show.
Tara Monroe, the girl who drove a tiny Barbie Jeep around campus after her driver’s license was suspended for failing a breathalyzer, was happy about Rostvold’s buffet-style performance.
