Speaking with Fox Business host Neil Cavuto on the day of the New Hampshire primary, Ben Carson suggested which presidential candidate he wouldn’t mind being vice president under.
In response to Cavuto’s question if the retired surgeon would consider a VP spot under Donald Trump, Carson said, “I certainly would sit down and discuss it.”
“I would have to have major philosophical alignment with whoever it was,” Carson stated. “I would have to have guarantees that I could do some substantial things.”
Carson wouldn’t say which candidates he would not consider working with, but it seemed like he may have had at least one person in mind.
Not sure Trump is much of a power sharer, but a reply from Trump will be anxiously awaited …
