Someone may want to remind Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump that it’s not a good idea to get into a debate with a doctor over the definition of medical terms.
That being said, if anyone can prevail against a medical professional in such a scenario, it would be Trump.
The dust up began when the real estate tycoon questioned whether Ben Carson supporters are “stupid” for believing the narrative the GOP candidate has established about being an angry young man prone to violence.
“How stupid are the people of Iowa?” Trump asked during a speech Thursday night. “How stupid are the people of this country to believe this crap?”

“I’m not saying it. He actually said ‘pathological temper,’ and then he defined it as disease,” Trump said. “If you’re pathological, there’s no cure for that, folks. If you’re a child molester, a sick puppy, there is no cure for that. There’s only one cure. We don’t wanna talk about that cure.”
Carson responded to the charge Friday in his trademark low key, nonchalant manner, suggesting Trump’s advisers should explain the word “pathological” to him.
“It does not denote ‘incurable.’ That’s not the same,” Carson said. “It simply is an adjective that describes something that is highly abnormal. And something that, fortunately, I’ve been able to be delivered from for half a century now.”
