Fiorina responds to Coulter’s ‘hot, hot hate of 1,000 suns’

Responding to Ann Coulter’s barbs on birthright citizenship, Carly Fiorina ducked the issue and fired back by pointing out Coulter’s own words speak loud and clear.

On Sunday, Fox News “Mediabuzz” host Howard Kurtz asked Fiorina to respond to Coulter’s comment that she hates the 2016 presidential hopeful with the “hot, hot hate of 1,000 suns” because she doesn’t support Donald Trump’s plan to deport “anchor babies.”

The former HP CEO–clearly expecting the question–aimed and fired her best shot, turning Coulter’s words against her without directly responding to the point behind the criticism.

“Well, I guess that statement speaks for itself,” Fiorina calmly said after a resigned pause.

She continued, “She also said that she wouldn’t mind if Donald Trump performed abortions in the White House, as long as he got his immigration plan through.”

Coulter was criticized for tweeting, “I don’t care if [Trump] wants to perform abortions in the White House after his immigration policy paper,” on August 16, after Trump released his detailed plan to end illegal immigration.

“I think that statement speaks for itself as well,” Fiorina concluded.

Fiorina’s remarks are at the 6 minute mark. Watch the video below.
