The question of why a known perpetrator of the terrorist attack in Benghazi is still walking around free was asked in the second part of an exclusive Fox News interview with a special operations eyewitness to the events in Benghazi the night of Sept. 11.

Correspondent Adam Housley reported Tuesday that multiple sources told Fox News that the “U.S. has identified the mastermind of the Benghazi attack who is still in Libya and walks free.”

And despite promises from the Obama administration that those responsible for the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi would be brought to justice and held accountable, seven months have gone by without a single arrest or “targeted killings.”

The special operator who is speaking out to Fox News said the special ops community is “frustrated with the excuses, lies and lack of a military response [by the Obama administration] since U.S. Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans were killed.

If Ambassador Stevens’ family knew we were sitting on information about the people who killed their son, their brother, and we can look them, as a government – in the face, then we’re messing up, we’re messing up.
