Rep. Joe Abruzzo, D-Wellington, has called on Palm Beach County Democratic Party Chairman Mark Alan Siegel to resign following Siegel’s anti-Christian tirade at the Democratic National Convention.
“Chairman Siegel’s comments are appalling and disgusting. His comments do not reflect the views of the Democratic Party.
It has undoubtly reached the point where Siegel should resign. We have incredible Democratic leaders in Palm Beach County, and it’s time to make a change.”
Siegel made anti-Christian statements to a reporter at the DNC. The surprised reporter was taken aback by Siegel’s remarks that Christians just want Jews to die and that they are not friends of the Jewish state.
