The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado is telling cisgender men to take a hike when it comes to a fellowship program that has been set aside for a confusing multitude of “gender minorities.”
The fellowship program will reportedly only accept eligible applicants that include cisgender women, transgender women, non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demi-gender, genderfluid, or genderqueer individuals.
On Sept. 14, the Air Force Academy sent an email to cadets informing them that the 2023 application for the Brooke Owens Fellowship for “undergraduate women and gender minorities interested in aerospace” was due by Oct. 10.
According to the fellowship’s website, the application advises, “If you are a cisgender man, this program isn’t for you.”
"Air Force Academy advertising "If you are a cisgender woman, a transgender woman, non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demigender, genderfluid, genderqueer, or another form of gender minority, this program is for you, If you are a cisgender man, this program isn’t for you

“If you are a cisgender woman, a transgender woman, non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demi-gender, genderfluid, genderqueer, or another form of gender minority, this program is for you,” the application reads. “If you are a cisgender man, this program isn’t for you… but we encourage you to check out our spinoff programs, the Patti Grace Smith Fellowship and the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship Program.”
The email went on to elaborate that the Brooke Owens Fellowship is a “nine-week paid internship at a leading aerospace company” and that any undergraduate who is a “woman or gender minority” is welcome to apply for inclusion in the program.
As of lately, our military is a laughing stock & that’s why Russia, China, Iran, N Korea & the Cartels are pushing our buttons. They are too woke & putting people in positions not bc of knowledge but by gender or skin color.

That’s not the only fellowship not available to certain cadets depending on their gender orientation or the color of their skin.
The Patti Grace Smith Fellowship is a nine-week paid internship that is only available for black cadets pursuing aerospace careers according to that same email.
The email was given to Fox News Digital by a concerned cadet who has requested anonymity in order to avoid retaliatory measures or professional repercussions. The cadet alleged that the USAFA is hyper-focused on diversity and inclusion instead of the military threats that the nation faces currently.
Idiotic. And dangerous.
“The United States Air Force Academy is training its cadets to ‘use inclusive language’ that BARS THEM FROM CALLING PEOPLE ‘TERRORISTS’ or using male and female identifiers.” https://t.co/nv3ThNnrdx

“It’s a little worrying that we have more briefs about D&I than briefs about foreign adversaries, emerging technologies, or current events across the world,” the cadet stated.
The email revelation follows Fox News exposing a slide presentation titled, “Diversity & Inclusion: What it is, why we care, & what we can do,” that instructs cadets to use “person-centered” and gender-neutral language when describing individuals.
“Some families are headed by single parents, grandparents, foster parents, two moms, two dads, etc.: consider ‘parent or caregiver’ instead of ‘mom and dad,’” the presentation explains to cadets. “Use words that include all genders: ‘Folks’ or ‘Y’all’ instead of ‘guys’; ‘partner’ vs. ‘boyfriend or girlfriend.’”

So now the words “mom” and “dad” are somehow offensive? Can someone tell me why sane people have never been willing to stand up to the #freaksandlunatics to put an end to this nonsense? WTAF

Anyone telling Air Force cadets to stop saying “mom & dad” should be fired.
There’s no place for toxic wokeness in our military.

In a second statement released Thursday afternoon, the USAFA clarified that it “does not prohibit the use of ‘mom and dad’ or other gender-specific terms.”
“The Air Force Academy does not prohibit the use of ‘mom and dad’ or other gender-specific terms,” Superintendent Lt. Gen. Rich Clark defensively stated. “The recent briefing on diversity and inclusion is being taken out of context and misrepresented; the slide in question was not intended to stand alone.”
“First and foremost, the briefing centered on respect for others and the warfighting imperative of leveraging diverse perspectives to solve our nation’s most difficult national security problems,” Clark asserted. “Our strategic competitors are doing the opposite. Our American diversity is a strategic advantage and opens the door to creative solutions, providing a competitive edge in air, space, and cyberspace.”
