After accusing MLB pitcher of brutal abuse during sex, video surfaces suggesting a different story

Casting severe doubt on allegations of abuse after sex, a woman who slept with LA Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer is seen in a video he just released smiling as he sleeps in the bed the morning after a second alleged attack.

A camera pans from a sleeping Bauer to a smiling Lindsey Hill, 29, who accused him of sexual assault. She said the attack left her battered and bruised. She sued for a domestic violence restraining order in June 2021.

Hill claimed that Bauer punched her in the face during sex, splitting her lip and leaving her face covered with “scabbed” fingernail scratches “that covered my entire cheek and chin.”

“This was taken hours after I supposedly brutally assaulted this woman, when she claims she was terrified and desperate to get out of my house and in tremendous pain,” Bauer tweeted attaching the video.

The video was reportedly taken early on May 16, 2021. It is being entered into Bauer’s latest legal filing which is a motion to throw out a counterclaim filed by Hill in response to a defamation suit filed by the MLB player against her and her lawyers in April.

Bauer’s attorneys subpoenaed material from the Pasadena Police Department that was collected during an investigation of a criminal complaint made by Hill against Bauer in May 2021.

“The Pasadena Police Department recently produced a videotape that Ms. Hill took of herself shortly after the May 16, 2021 encounter where she appears to be willingly in bed with a sleeping Mr. Bauer, and is smirking and uninjured,” Exhibit D in the filing reads.

In February, following the conclusion of the police investigation, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office stated, “After a thorough review of all the available evidence, including the civil restraining order proceedings, witness statements, and the physical evidence, the People are unable to prove the relevant charges beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Despite the finding, the MLB announced in April that Bauer would be suspended for 324 games for violating its domestic violence policy. That equates to two full seasons.

Bauer filed a defamation case against Hill, charging that she “fabricated allegations of sexual assault” in order to create a “media blitz” and “extract millions of dollars” from him and the situation.

The suit alleged that “the damage to Mr. Bauer has been extreme.”

Hill claimed that he had choked her into unconsciousness, punched her, and sodomized her. She countersued alleging sexual battery during the two nights they spent together at Bauer’s Pasadena home on April 22, 2021, and May 15, 2021.

She has aggressively fought the police releasing records to Bauer’s attorneys which include the video of them in bed and Instagram messages that reportedly discussed rough sex, according to the Daily Mail.

Those messages kicked off with a discussion of Hill’s pink socks, “The pink socks stay ON while cuddling.”

“Yes ma’am. Whatever you want,” Bauer replied with a kiss emoji.

Hill then wrote, “Buttttt offff [sic] when it’s time to choke me out. Thx you are the best [wink emoji].”

“Never been more turned on in my life. Gimme all the pain. Rawr [sic],” she said later.

The back and forth gets sexual as Bauer asks her what she wants.

“Mmmm, get a couple of slaps in there and then another handprint on my @$,” Hill replied.

Bauer suggested “slaps in the face,” and she enthusiastically responded, “Yes yes & yes.”

“Mmmm. Do you even know what pain is?” he then asked Hill.

She sent a selfie, adding, “Idk. Try me.”

Hill was denied a permanent restraining order in a hearing in August 2021 where it was alleged she had joked about her encounters with Bauer in texts to her AA sponsor Lisa Decker. One of those reportedly said, “Give me $50 million and just slap my cl*t…”

Another message to Decker allegedly said, “Hey b***h, pretty soon it’ll be rich b***h” while another referred to “securing the bag.”

The court drama will continue in Santa Ana, California, on November 21 where a decision on Bauer’s latest motion will be made.
