Hunter Biden is attempting to get the child support for his 4-year-old love child reduced, asserting that he has had a substantial change in “financial circumstances” and his income, according to court documents.
The president’s son, who is 52 and has been involved in numerous dubious business dealings abroad that have ostensibly netted him millions, is asking an Arkansas judge to adjust his child support payments made to his baby-mama, Lunden Roberts, 31, according to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
Hunter is citing “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income” in the request.
It is unknown what the exact change in income entails.

Brent Langdon, Biden’s attorney who signed the motion, claims that reforms to the child support guidelines in Arkansas in 2020 are the reason for the recalculation of payments request.
“Like many other individuals whose child support obligations were calculated before the new guidelines took effect, Mr. Biden has asked the court to review the existing child support determination and to establish an amount of child support that complies with the current guidelines and circumstances,” Langdon declared via a statement.
Roberts, who is a former stripper, is the mother of Hunter Biden’s daughter, Navy Joan. He has reportedly never met the child and the Bidens do not acknowledge her as part of the family.
Roberts’ attorney, Clint Lancaster, voiced extreme doubt over Biden’s monetary status. He is insisting that his financial records be reviewed, according to the New York Post.
“Ultimately, this is going to require us to look deeply, more deeply, into Hunter’s finances,” Lancaster asserted. “I’m going to want to have a deposition with Mr. Biden. Like last time, I’m going to bring my forensic accountant to the deposition, unless the judge tells me I can’t.”

“Unless he’s going to pay me to fly to California to take his deposition, he’s going to have to come to Arkansas,” the attorney stated.
An inside source told the Daily Mail, “Hunter’s going to be raked over the coals on this one. If he thinks Lunden is just going to acquiesce to any claim of dire circumstances he needs to think again. Not being part of your child’s life is one thing – not that Lunden would ever want that – but not supporting her financially as he should is quite another.”
“And where was he living again? Oh yes, a fancy house in Malibu – one of the richest towns in the country,” the source snarked.
Not only has Hunter Biden had extensive business dealings abroad and at home, he just published a tell-all memoir in April last year that detailed his drug and sex-fueled past which brought in a substantial amount as well. And then there are the paintings he has been selling for $75,000 a pop.

Three years ago, Hunter Biden cried poverty as well when he was dragged into court and ordered to pay child support for his child with Roberts. It did not work then and is unlikely to work now either.
Roberts filed a paternity suit in 2019. Hunter Biden argued in an affidavit that he couldn’t make child support payments because he was flat broke and claimed he was in “significant debt” due to his divorce with ex-wife Kathleen, the mother of three other children who belong to the president’s son.
“I attest that I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,” the deadbeat dad claimed at the time, according to the New York Post.
Roberts’s attorney did not believe that claim and evidently, the judge didn’t either.
Hunter Biden who made millions on the illegal Burisma dealings alone is crying poverty so he doesn’t have to pay child support for his daughter.
He tried to deny paternity until it was proven.

Hunter’s relationship with the former stripper has been the stuff tabloids feed on. He denied having sex with her in the first place but when a DNA test confirmed Roberts’s little girl was his, he had to settle out of court for $2.5 million, according to the Daily Mail.
He was ordered to pay child support in March 2020. That order was filed under seal and was changed four months later. It is unknown what changes were made to it.
Roberts is not the only woe in Hunter Biden’s portfolio these days. Federal investigators are continuing to probe his financial and business dealings from when his father, Joe Biden, was vice president.
