Watters slams Chuck Todd and fellow Dems for sick MAGA comparison: ‘January 6 is their 9/11’

Fox News’s Jesse Watters slammed NBC’s Chuck Todd for asking Vice President Kamala Harris an overloaded question in which he compared the terrorists of 9/11 to so-called MAGA Republicans (which is just hedging language from the Left. It means ALL Republicans.)

During his “Meet the Press” interview on Sunday, the Democrat lickspittle asked, “We’re now as a nation battling a threat from within. Is the threat equal or greater than what we faced after 9/11?”

Harris did not push back and instead referred Todd to the oath she took to defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

(It is important to note that if you read NBC’s transcript of Todd’s interview with the VP, you will not find this question and response anywhere in the text.)

Co-host Greg Gutfeld asked Watters on “The Five” on Monday if the Democrat Party’s strategy of demonizing so-called MAGA Republicans was paying off for them.

“It is paying off. They’re raiding, they’re stealing people’s phones,” Watters said. “They’re probably listening to my personal conversations. I know that they’re listening, so I’m trying to throw them off a little bit. It’s really dangerous. You have the media and the FBI and probably the CIA all on the same side. They’re using all the Bush war on terror tactics against not al-Qaeda or ISIS, they’re using it against MAGA Republicans.”

Watters recalled how in the aftermath of 9/11, which saw a tidal wave of American flag purchases nationwide, Democrats at the time wanted Republicans to stop politicizing the attack.

“If you were a Republican and you wore a flag pin, they said you were politicizing 9/11. Now they get up on 9/11 and call half the country terrorists. How is that not politicizing 9/11?” he asked.

January 6 is their 9/11. It’s what they’ve been waiting for. It was the only war that they actually wanted to fight. They didn’t want to fight the Cold War. They were AWOL. [They] didn’t really want to fight the war on terror. Remember all the top Democrat lawyers wanted to go represent al-Qaeda. Remember they flew down to Gitmo? That they did that pro bono.”

Watters, continued, “How about Chuck Todd? Totally in on this war game. The question: ‘We are now facing a threat from within. Is the threat equal or greater than the threat we faced on 9-11?'”

“What kind of question is that, Chuck? That’s like ‘Are the Republicans racist pedophiles or are they worse than racist pedophiles?’

Also, I remember the war on terror. Remember how the Democrats were so upset about the Muslims? ‘Oh, Islamophobia, that is the worst.’ Islamophobia is actually worse than radical Islam. They would always say the same thing. Not all Muslims are terrorists. What do they say today? All the Republicans are terrorists.’ They give them more of a benefit of the doubt.”

Watters concluded, “Also, you see now they’re saying if you believe the election was unfair, that makes you a threat to democracy. If you look at the polling, more Democrats think the 2016 election was rigged than Republicans think the 2020 election was rigged. They say if you have a personal grievance, that makes you a radical? I don’t know about you, I have a lot of personal grievances. I hope they don’t put me on a terror watch list.”
