Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ press secretary Christina Pushaw reacted to a hit piece by a Washington Post reporter that basically amounted to around 2,000 words of silly, impotent liberal whining about her mean tweets by mocking the “creepiest reporter” at the once-venerable newspaper for his ridiculous article.
Pushaw has struck terror into the hearts of vicious, dishonest, and corrupt media smear merchants with her take-no-prisoners approach to her job as the popular Republican leader’s spokesperson, quickly rebutting every attack and leaving so-called journalists dazed, confused, and denuded while wielding her Twitter account like a lethal weapon with all of the skill and precision of an accomplished Jedi warrior. And she has seriously rattled cages at the WaPo which dispatched overmatched media reporter Paul Farhi as its character assassin.
Among the charges in Farhi’s article is that Pushaw has a “derisive tone” for a state of Florida employee earning $120,000 a year and who has referred to his paper as “the Pravda of DC,” dared to imply that Chelsea Clinton, the privileged spawn of Bill and Hillary as a “grifter” and spoke in less than flattering terms about President Joe Biden whom he claims she referred to as “a seemingly senile 79-year-old aspiring dictator,” as well as the insinuation that she is an antisemite.
“In the 14 months since joining DeSantis’s staff, she has transformed the typically buttoned-down role of gubernatorial press secretary into something like a running public brawl — with Twitter as her blunt-force weapon. Her usual targets: Democrats, the news media and anyone else she deems insufficiently supportive of DeSantis’s agenda and her own conservative politics,” Farhi wrote, while offering up examples that only served to make Pushaw look like the ass-kicking professional that she is.
Farhi’s piece also quotes a publisher of a Sunshine State political website as saying that “She’s the Dennis Rodman of Florida politics,” referring to the legendary NBA player who specialized in getting under the skin of his opponents.
In her typical combative fashion, Pushaw hit back and hit back hard in a reply to Farhi’s tweeting of his piece, writing “If you didn’t lie so much about Governor DeSantis, Florida, and everyone you disagree with, perhaps I would not have to be so ‘aggressive,'” the equivalent of smacking him across the face with a rolled up newspaper.

And also with her own tweet, shamed the WaPo veteran.
“Washington Post’s Creepiest Reporter, Paul Farhi: ‘I just spent months writing a profile about how mad I am that I can’t bully a woman,'” Pushaw wrote, skewering the overmatched scribbler.

Farhi’s muckraking failed to find anything damning in Pushaw’s past and resorted to pitiful whining that she was suspicious of his motives on Twitter back in April when he initially approached her to seek her cooperation on his smear piece.
The Washington Post has decided to write a “feature story” about me. Do you guys think it will be a fair and balanced feature story, or a smear piece? 🤔 pic.twitter.com/ZKP5ipSPr8

“Amid war in Europe, runaway inflation, a global energy crisis, our economy about to be plunged into recession, the many scandals of the Biden Administration, record-breaking illegal immigration and drug trafficking, and terroristic threats against Supreme Court Justices, the Washington Post chose to devote months of effort to writing a profile about a staffer in Tallahassee,” Pushaw told the Daily Caller.
Pushaw also tweeted out a link to a Tucker Carlson segment from May on the “creepiest reporter” and his sleazy probe.
Felt like a good day to bring this back. 👋 https://t.co/6qF96pLTCQ

Much to the dismay of the WaPo’s readers, Farhi’s smear piece not only completely missed the mark but he inadvertently made Pushaw look like a champion by drawing attention to her textbook example of how to handle an adversarial activist press.
