DNC slashes price to get a photo with VP, Kamala’s reportedly not cutting it for ticket sales either

Vice President Kamala Harris headlined a fundraiser last week after another one was rescheduled for the fall because the DNC couldn’t sell enough tickets and now they are slashing prices for photos with her by two-thirds.

Despite the utter lack of interest in Harris, her taking top billing at the South Carolina event may indicate the first stirrings that President Joe Biden will not run for reelection. If Harris thought she would get a jump in the field ahead of the election, she face-planted spectacularly. No one evidently wants to see or be seen with her.

The Democratic National Committee was hilariously charging a ridiculous sum of $15,000 a photo with Harris for the Women’s Leadership Forum which was postponed. They embarrassingly couldn’t sell enough tickets, according to Breitbart. The fundraiser in South Carolina slashed the price to $5,000 a photo to stand next to the incredibly unpopular vice president.

Writer for leftist Puck News, Tara Palmeri, tweeted, “DNC is slashing prices for a photo w/ Kamala Harris. Tickets for a photo with the VP at the Women’s Leadership Forum started at $15,000, but it failed to sell enough tickets & is being postponed. VP’s June fundraiser in Cali is charging $5,000 for a photo.”

“The event was rescheduled last minute for the autumn, when the event is traditionally held, after the event couldn’t sell enough tickets,” Status Coup News reported. “When the invites were sent out on May 5, it was hyped as an incredible opportunity to mingle in person after two years of virtual events and meetings.”

Ticket prices for the Women’s Leadership Forum range from $250 to $50,000, according to the media outlet.

DNC spokesperson Daniel Wessel made the knee-slapping claim that Kamala Harris is a huge draw for events. He reportedly did not give a reason why the event was rescheduled.

However, those loyal to the Democratic Party ignored reality and instead waxed poetic over Harris at the South Carolina fundraiser.

“She was absolutely pitch-perfect and it was one of the best speeches I ever heard her give. It was significant that she came out to energize the Democrats in South Carolina. She and her staff were wonderful to work with,” state party chair Trav Robertson stated, according to Politico.

Given Harris’ penchant for word salad nonsense, it would not take much for it to be one of her best speeches.

“The energy and excitement from her speech carried over to the next day’s convention. I really think the vice president is coming into her own,” state Rep. Gilda Cobb-Hunter drooled.

The response to the degrading bargain-bin photo-ops was rolling on the floor funny.

One person on Twitter summed it up perfectly:

Another claimed that Harris would have to pay them to stand next to her, writing, “She’d have to pay me at least a hundred….”

Another killed it, “Slashing prices? Clear evidence that inflation is whipped! 😂”

As inflation skyrockets, Harris’ stock is plummeting.

“No vice-president since Dan Quayle has made less of an impact in their first year of office than Harris,” one Democratic operative recently told the New Statesman. “We are now at the point that you can talk about politics for hours without her name coming up.”

Even President Biden seems like he doesn’t want to be seen with her.
