The 23-year-old victim of a New Jersey fender bender – that turned into a full road rage incident after the driver pursued the woman across the lawn of a home and rammed into her three times – spoke out from her hospital bed despite having sustained a broken spine and severed liver that left her virtually lifeless immediately after the incident.

Morgan Scott was minding her own business driving to her job with the city’s planning and zoning commission when a silver car bumped into her car which prompted Scott to get out of her car to inventory any possible damage.

Vincent Jean – a 56-year-old reportedly obsessed with the video game Grand Theft Auto – was allegedly driving the other car and instead of pulling over, slammed into reverse and headed right for Scott who was trying to snap photos of the other car’s license plate.

Multiple angles of the incident were captured on video by a bystander as well as a nearby home security camera.

“I definitely think he’s a danger to society,” Scott said from a wheelchair outside of the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, Inside Edition reported on Friday.

She explained that “I was able to get out of the way, but I was shocked that that was going on.”

Jean’s reported pursuit didn’t stop after the first strike and he apparently followed her across the front lawn of a nearby home as she tried to escape the terror on foot before she tripped and got pegged by the Mitsubishi SUV.

“I tried to run, cause I’m like, ‘What’s going on?’ Let me get my shoes off, because I had heels on at the same time. One of them couldn’t come off all the way, and I fell,” Scott recalled of the April 12 incident.

“I was really just trying to figure out what to do next,” she added.

Though innocent until proven guilty, Jean will face charges of attempted murder and is slated to appear in court again this summer.

A GoFundMe page has been started by Scott’s family to help with medical expenses and as of Saturday evening had raised over $121,000. The outpouring of support from complete strangers brought her to tears.

“When it comes to my family, my friends — they’re there for me, and I want to be there for them,”  Scott said.
