A woman who was fired as a grocery delivery driver in December due to allegedly ruining a couple’s groceries because of their pro-police sign was escorted from her home by law enforcement on Wednesday after she was accused of assaulting her father.

“My dad is a dead man when I get out,” the 37-year-old screamed at cops as she resisted arrest, court documents filed Thursday alleged, the Star Tribune reported.

Tara Olivia Plum reportedly “charged and shoved” her father to the floor where authorities later found him balled up in the fetal position out of fear with scratches on his shoulders.

When officers tried to arrest the former Instacart driver just after 3 p.m., she apparently told them she was not going to be arrested.

“That is not happening,” Plum said as she walked in the other direction, court documents filed in Anoka County District Court indicated.

Based entirely on her looks, many people were quick to judge a book by its pink and blue-haired cover.

Plum was charged with multiple counts of domestic assault as well as obstructing the legal process. She appeared in court Friday morning and was released without bail.

Plum made headlines late last year when she allegedly blew up at the sight of a “Thank you Blaine PD” sign she saw in the yard of a couple she was delivering $50 of groceries to on Dec. 6.

The couple had rushed out to make sure she didn’t have any issues with their unshoveled driveway where they found her screaming at them to look at their Christmas wreath where they found an off-color message written on their receipt.

“Instacart doesn’t pay employees sry find another slave f–k the racist police pigs,” the black ink read.

The couple found their groceries on the driveway where it appeared Plum had destroyed them by running them over before taking off.

Although Plum is presumed innocent until proven guilty for allegedly attacking her father and seemingly destroying the elderly couple’s groceries, the Star Tribune reported that Plum was indeed convicted in January for a misdemeanor related to another incident where she collided with another vehicle and threw a soda can at the other motorist.
