OSHA to officially withdraw Biden’s vax-or-test mandate for private businesses

Following the Supreme Court’s ruling that President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for larger businesses was unconstitutional, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will be officially withdrawing their “emergency temporary standard” vaccine or test mandate.

The summary of the memo reads as follows:

“OSHA is withdrawing the November 5, 2021, emergency temporary standard (ETS) which was issued to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers (100 or more employees) from the risk of contracting COVID–19 by strongly encouraging vaccination.”
