Biden admin reportedly flies BACK two very specific illegal immigrants booted under Trump

Under the auspices of President Joe Biden, the federal government reportedly already flew two previously deported illegal aliens back into the United States, and more illegal aliens may very well be en route.

But not just any deported illegal aliens. The two are prominent left-wing activists who’ve been advocating for illegal alien “rights” for years, according to NPR.

“Claudio Rojas was deported to Argentina in 2019 at exactly the same time that a film about his activism for undocumented immigrants was premiering in theaters. … In August, he landed in South Florida, reunited with his family and friends,” the left-wing outlet reports.

The second illegal alien left-wing activist, Jean Montrevil, was deported to Haiti in 2018 and then flown back into JFK Airport in New York two months ago.

Both have claimed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement “had retaliated against them for their activism.”

The suggestion, therefore, is that they were deported because of their activism and nothing else. Never mind that they’re illegal aliens.

The current president apparently believed this dubious narrative hook, line and sinker. And unfortunately, it appears more illegal alien activists may be en route to the U.S. because of this flawed belief.

“ICE denies retaliating against anyone, but for years, immigrant advocates have been making similar allegations. And under the Biden administration, those claims are getting some traction,” according to NPR.

What’s for certain is that illegal alien left-wing activists already in the U.S. will no longer be targeted for deportation. Instead they’ll be granted special privileges, though to be fair, it appears that every illegal alien is being granted the same privilege under Biden.

“Under new guidance from the Department of Homeland Security, immigration authorities have been told explicitly not to take action against activists for exercising their freedom of speech,” NPR notes.

In defending this guidance back in September, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas cited the need “to protect the civil rights and civil liberties of every individual irrespective of their immigration status.”

“An individual’s race, religion, national origin and exercise of their First Amendment rights cannot be a factor in deciding to take enforcement action,” he said.

This rhetoric raises the question of whether foreigners, particularly illegal aliens, should be granted the rights enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

Many say no, not that it seems to matter anymore in this day and age when, in some communities, illegals are even being granted voting rights:

Regarding Rojas and Montrevil, despite already being given far more than they’re entitled to, they’re still demanding more.

“While both Montrevil and Rojas were allowed back into the U.S., their legal status is temporary. Their lawyer, Alina Das, wants immigration authorities to go further and grant them permanent legal status and a path to citizenship,” according to NPR.

This sort of entitlement appears to be the norm among illegal aliens, due largely to Democrats encouraging it.

It’s a growing phenomenon that was observable as early as 2013 when five illegal aliens studying at a college in North Carolina held a protest “demanding equal tuition rights.”

They were allowed to study at Wake Tech Community College, which was much more than they were entitled to. But the school, to its credit, at least made sure to prioritize U.S. citizens first by forcing the illegals to register for classes one week after everybody else. This reportedly had the effect of some classes being completely filled before the illegals could register for them. This made them upset.

“I couldn’t take any math or physics classes because they said it was already a week after, and they said I wasn’t going to be able to catch up,” one of the illegals complained at the time to local media.

These sorts of protests spawned, in part, because of then-President Barack Hussein Obama’s own habit of constantly catering to illegal aliens. With Biden, the catering has grown far worse.

From plans to hand out up to $450,000 to illegal alien families allegedly mistreated by his Republican predecessor to allowing illegals to stroll into the U.S. without testing (all while forcing tests and vaccines on U.S. citizens), the current president has continually prioritized the needs of illegals over the needs of his constituents.

These actions are having a negative political effect.

A CBS News/YouGov poll published late last month found that a 64 percent majority of American voters disapproved of the president’s handling of “immigration.”

Meanwhile, a Quinnipiac poll published in late September found Biden enjoying a meager 26 percent approval rating among Latinos living in Texas vis-a-vis border issues.
