After delivering a statement Friday afternoon in which he blatantly lied about the state of the economy, President Joe Biden refused to take questions and instead rushed outside for playtime with children and a yo-yo.

Apparently, Vice President Kamala Harris isn’t the only Biden administration official who’d rather play with children than do their job …

Shortly before 1:00 pm Friday afternoon, the president delivered a statement from the fake White House set in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building about the just-released September jobs report.

Despite it being the worst jobs report of his presidency, the president tried to spin it, claiming his administration has achieved “great progress” by lowering the unemployment rate.

He failed to mention that the drop in unemployment has been driven by Americans exiting the labor force market, which isn’t good.

Once finished speaking, he refused to take a single question.

Watch:

Sometime following the presser, he quietly signed into law the Havana Act “authorizing Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken and the C.I.A. director, William J. Burns, to give financial support to employees who have suffered brain injuries,” according to The New York Times.

Even the Times, a left-wing outlet, took note of the surreptitious manner in which he performed the signing.

“With no ceremony and little public comment, Mr. Biden signed the Havana Act. … Mr. Biden’s silence about the new law — he issued a statement, but avoided a public ceremony where he might be asked questions — was telling,” the Times reported.

However, he did apparently invite several military aides to the White House for the signing, because he was spotted outside sometime shortly thereafter providing the aides’ children with a tour of Marine One.

And it was while hanging out with the children that he was also spotted playing with a yo-yo.

And so to sum up, he had time to briefly sign a law and then play with children, but not enough time to take questions or even hold a formal ceremony.

Photos from the playtime session provoked a flurry of complaints on Twitter, with critics wondering why he never performs real work, critics speculating on why he’d been given a yo-yo and critics saying they’d never allow their kids near him.

Look:

Biden has a shoddy track record with children because of his creepy, touchy-feely behavior.

In a 2017 video clip that resurfaced during the 2020 presidential election, he could be seen and heard talking about how he’d “loved kids jumping” on his “lap” when he’d worked as a lifeguard in his younger days and describing how kids would “come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down.”

In 2019, after a 10-year-old girl asked him a question, he got up close to her, massaged her shoulders and said, “I’m going to write you a longer answer and tell you the exact things I would do, okay? I’ll bet you’re as bright as you are good-looking.”

And in 2020, after watching a traditional Haitian dance at the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami, he told a group of teen girls that he planned to come back “to see them dancing when they’re four years older.”

It’s not clear what compels him to act this way …

After the Marine One tour Friday, the president set off for Delaware for yet another mini-vacation.

“[T]he president flew into Brandywine Creek State Park at about 7:31 p.m., rather than arriving at New Castle County Airport. Biden then traveled about 15 minutes via motorcade to his home near Greenville,” Delaware Business Now reported.

It’s believed the decision to land at the park instead of the airport was to “eliminate some of the traffic tie-ups that occur on Route 141 that have come to be known as ‘Joe Jams.'”

Not mentioned by Delaware Business Now is that these “Joe Jams” — — i.e., Biden triggering high traffic as his motorcade rolls through busy streets — often come with Joe’tests:

If the horrible jobs numbers and labor force rates that the president has sought to spin don’t improve, there may be a whole lot more Joe-tests on the way …
