As word emerged Thursday that President Joe Biden intended to announce a sweeping federal vaccine mandate, White House chief of staff Ronald Klain accidentally “said the quiet part out loud” in a retweet.
At 4:25 pm that afternoon, far-left MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle posted a tweet admitting that the strategy Biden intended to use to implement a federal mandate would be the “ultimate work-around” of the U.S. Constitution.
“OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations,” she wrote.
OSHA is short for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Shortly after Ruhle posted the tweet, Klain retweeted it as if he was endorsing what she was saying:
WH Chief of Staff might regret this retweet.
Courts consider the intent and purpose of policies and Klain just endorsed the notion that OSHA rule is a “work-around” to enact flagrantly illegal federal vaccine mandates. pic.twitter.com/RBB4ihsIiL

His retweet of Ruhle’s tweet strongly suggested that he was fully aware that the president’s plan was unconstitutional, authoritarian, and perhaps even “tyrannical,” as critics have described it.
But he retweeted her anyway, and in doing so he “said the quiet part out loud,” according to Sen. Ted Cruz, a Republican who opposes vaccine mandates.
“Foolish RT from WH chief of staff. He said the quiet part out loud. Biden admin knows it’s likely illegal (like the eviction moratorium) but they don’t care,” the senator tweeted early Friday morning.

Important.

The president has repeatedly pursued policies that were “likely illegal” — and sometimes outright immoral — as if he’s above the law.
So far this year he tried implementing racial essentialist loan programs, he tried reenacting an eviction moratorium in defiance of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling barring such a move and he’s now trying to force vaccine mandates on the public.
There’s a reason why Biden’s approval rating has been tanking and why so many Americans now regret having voted for him:
I voted for you, but am disappointed. I know 14 people who caught covid while vaccinated in the last couple months. Doesn’t sound like it’s working as promised. Mandates are not the way to go.

I VOTED FOR YOU…. BUT IF YOU FORCE PEOPLE TO GET VACCINATED OR YOU WILL TAKE AWAY THEIR MEANS OF SURVIVING YOU WILL BE TAKING AWAY A PERSONS HUMAN RIGHTS AND WHAT MAN OR WOMAN HAS THAT RIGHT???

I’m vaccinated, I voted for you, but this is wrong! Forcing people to be vaccinated or lose their jobs is wrong! So wrong!!

I regret voting for Biden government over reach. People are losing their jobs over a vaccine that does not work. Hopefully he’ll lose his job next election @POTUS .

At this point I regret voting for ur stupid ass @JoeBiden @POTUS #IwillNOTComply tf

Even turncoat former Republican Rep. Justin Amash sees the writing on the wall.
Our Constitution does not say the president can force Americans to do whatever he wants if Congress, the states, or the people do not otherwise do whatever he wants.

But not Klain. He’s thrilled by the president’s move.
Here’s the celebratory tweet the White House chief of staff posted after the president’s official vaccine mandate announcement late Thursday afternoon:

Virtually everybody in the upper crust of American elites, from so-called “journalists” to columnists, TV/radio hosts, etc., seems to feel similarly.

Next thing you know, the government will require parents to send their children to school.

Today the Biden Administration went on the offensive. Vaccine mandates. A law suit against Texas. The ability to control national priorities is a power of the presidency.

Amen to this speech. They are no longer Vax hesitant, they are Vax obstinate. Enough. @JoeBiden

I don’t know how it will play politically; I don’t even know how the news media will cover it, whether they’ll de facto take the side of the irresponsible minority. But Biden needed to be bold, and he has surpassed expectations 2/

The tragic irony is that the federal vaccine mandate that the rich and powerful elites eagerly support is poised to hurt those in the lowest rungs of society.
“The unvaccinated in America are overwhelmingly low-income people, which means any punitive measures against those refusing vaccinations — loss of jobs, bar on entrance to public spaces or travel — will disproportionately fall on those who are most economically vulnerable,” according to Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Glenn Greenwald.

Indeed, the data bears this out. But just as Biden doesn’t appear to care about the law, so too, the elites of America seem to not care about the downtrodden.
