Sean Spicer goes off on Psaki: ‘Don’t you dare ever minimize my service to this nation! You got it?’

An animated Sean Spicer called out “line-crossing” Jen Psaki for throwing shade on his military qualifications.

“Don’t you dare ever minimize or question my service to this nation. You got it?,” the Newsmax host publicly told the Biden White House press secretary in no uncertain terms.

On Wednesday, the Biden administration via email gave Trump appointees on military academy boards an ultimatum: resign by 6 p.m. or get fired.

Reacting to the tradition-breaking purge on his TV show “Spicer & Co.,” the U.S. Naval Reserve commander revealed that he won’t step down and instead he is joining a lawsuit to fight the unprecedented mass ouster which he suggested runs counter to President Biden’s vow of unity across party lines upon taking office.

Board members reportedly serve for a three-year term.

Spicer also recalled that then-President Trump never kicked off any Obama appointees from these advisory boards.

“This move has taken partisanship to a new level,” Trump’s first press secretary declared about the politicized nature of the terminations, which is particularly ironic, he implied, since Psaki seemed to lament that Trump appointees were too political.

As far as the motivation for the abrupt decision by Biden and his team, Spicer opined that “Maybe they want to inject liberal ideology like critical race theory in the curriculum, and they want to insure there’s no pushback and zero oversight.”

As alluded to above, Spicer — who was Psaki’s counterpart during the Trump administration — particularly bristled when Psaki perhaps indirectly questioned his credentials to serve on what’s called the Board of Visitors to the U.S.  Naval Academy.

“I follow tradition; press secretaries never comment on the previous press secretary or the current one, and I’ve respected that. I haven’t responded to Jen or reacted to her, but she crossed a line today. She chose to bring me into this, so Jen, you want to know about my qualifications?” he asked.

“Joining the military and wearing the uniform of this amazing country remains one of my greatest decisions in life. For 22 years, I’ve had the honor of serving alongside some of the most talented, patriotic, and brave individuals this country has to offer,” Spicer asserted.

“I’m a proud graduate of the U.S. Naval War College. I’ve done multiple tours, and politics has never entered into my service. I’ve served under five different presidents of both parties. When you’re wearing the uniform, you serve the commander in chief. We take an oath as officers to the Constitution, not to a party,” Spicer continued.

“Each of us chooses how we’re going to serve this country. I won’t ever question how anyone chooses to do that. I won’t question how you choose to do that, Jen, but don’t you dare ever minimize or question my service to this nation. You got it? These bodies have been free from politics and worked in a bipartisan way until today. This administration made them political,” he added.

Spicer then listed some of the military luminaries who also were fired.

“It’s ridiculous that this administration has decided to focus on removing people who serve this country…and taking them off boards, while our own American citizens are stuck in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan,” Spicer concluded.

“Other officials dismissed from West Point include former Trump national security adviser H.R. McMaster, former Army Vice Chief Gen. Jack Keane, former Pentagon senior adviser Douglas Macgregor, former U.S. Army North commander Guy Swan III and West Point grad David Urban,” Fox News reported.

Former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway, who is on the Board of Visitors to the Air Force Academy, also got the boot. In a scathing response, she informed Biden that he should be the one resigning.
