NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin’s longtime girlfriend and mother to his two children, Jordan Fish, sent a pair of harsh, relationship-ending tweets on Wednesday indicating the couple has broken up.
“I have been quiet for too long for far too long… and I have endured things no one person should EVER have to endure and today was no exception. @dennyhamilton I hope everyone will finally see you for the person you truly are,” Fish bitterly tweeted seemingly outing Hamlin for bad behavior.
“Myself and our children deserve better than what you have given. I cannot believe I ever thought that someone like you could change. Because you cannot. You have a long road ahead of you, and one I graciously no longer will be (a part) of. Have a great life Denny Hamlin,” she concluded on the eve of playoffs.
Fish tagged Hamlin in both tweets. There was no response from him before she deleted her Twitter account sometime Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. She has also made her Instagram account private. She shared an Instagram story before locking down her account with the caption, “Some words you might need to hear today” and then a video zoomed into a book with the words “you are worthy” underlined, according to Fansided.

Many fans were shocked by the tweets. A number of them thought that Fish’s account must have been hacked. Some questioned why you would break up via social media and air your dirty laundry in such a public manner. But Fish had her defenders as well who lauded her for standing up for herself and the couple’s daughters.
There are no specifics concerning the breakup messages on social media but it seemed evident to many that the two are calling it quits.
Fish is an e-commerce entrepreneur. The couple has been dating since 2007 and they have two daughters named Taylor, who is 8, and Molly, who is 4.
Hamlin is remaining silent on the apparent breakup so far but a number of people on social media hinted that their problems have been known within the racing community for some time.
Many noted that on his Instagram account, Hamlin shares a ton of photos of their two little girls but rarely has any photos posted of his significant other. There was a photo posted in late July of the family during a vacation in Baha Mar.
Hamlin’s had a rough 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season. For the third time in his 16-year career, he hasn’t won a race this far into the racing season. He’s come close but no win. Despite the lack of victories, the three-time Daytona 500 winner’s performance this year was still sufficient enough to get him into the playoffs on points. He has yet to win a championship in his 44 wins, according to Sportscasting.
It is difficult to tell how a messy breakup might affect the NASCAR driver. Hamlin took part in the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Darlington Raceway. That race will be followed by the Cook Out Southern 500.
Hamlin’s fans want to know both sides of the story as the shock set in that the couple may have split for unknown reasons. But it’s clear that airing your “dirty laundry” on social media is not the place for it:
