Attorney Sidney Powell’s website “Defending the Republic” has started a powerful social media campaign that speaks up for the families of Americans who are fired from their jobs for refusing to get the COVID jab.
Ads for the campaign say, “That employee you just fired for not taking the vaxx was my dad” or alternatively, “my mommy.” Saddened children are pictured to drive the point home.
The website advises that those individuals who are terminated should consult with an attorney. It provides examples on a range of topics from liability assumptions to religious exemptions in connection to refusing to get COVID vaccinations.
“Push back against Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations! Here is information based on publicly available sources – that you can use to write a letter or with which to seek the assistance of legal counsel: There are No Licensed COVID-19 Vaccines in the U.S presently. All COVID-19 vaccines are currently approved only as Emergency Use Authorized (EUAs) only – and ‘approval’ does not mean ‘licensed,’” the site states.

On the assumption of liability, it states that “in the case of mandatory vaccinations to retain employment or for other work or school-related benefits, consider to demand that the employer or school have an authorized representative sign the assumption of liability agreement. A refusal to sign this will make more clear your right to refuse the jab to the organization pressuring you.”
Uner a religious exemption, the site contends that “in the case of mandatory vaccinations to retain employment or for other work or school-related benefits, if you have a religious basis to be exempt, consider the drafts provided here and if your basis for an exemption differs, draft your own, or have an attorney draft a version using these examples but consistent with your religious reason.”
It should be noted that the site is not giving actual legal advice, but is instead providing examples of documents that can be given to a person’s attorney to help defend their stance against mandatory vaccinations. It is also providing relevant information concerning legal rulings and forced vaccinations.
“Defending the Republic” details the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidance on the subject of the right for employers to fire someone who refuses to be vaccinated. The latest guidelines “related to language suggesting that vaccines may be ‘required’ by employers, only states that ‘federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…’” The website contends that the federal government is playing word games with its assertions and omitting other federal laws pertaining to the situation.

The site also points out that employers or universities are reportedly subject to potential liability if an employee or student suffers any adverse side effects or dies from a mandatory vaccine.
Privacy rights concerning your medical information, as well as your safety involving informed consent, come into play when an employer demands you to be vaccinated. The argument that this is a personal decision that should be made when consulting your doctor is a valid one. It should not be a decision made for you by your employer under threat of termination.
The firing of those who refuse to get COVID vaccinations is on the rise.
CNN fired several unvaccinated employees for showing up at work. CNN chief Jeff Zucker noted the dismissals in a Thursday, August 5 company memo.

The memo reportedly stated, “Vaccination is mandatory for anyone reporting in the field, working with any other employees or going into an office.”
“Let me be clear – we have a zero-tolerance policy on this,” Zucker is also quoted as saying.
Everyone should have the choice of whether to be vaccinated or not. There is data out there that getting vaccinated can save your life if you contract COVID. If you catch the virus after vaccination, it can reportedly lessen the effects as well.
Some, in the end, regret not getting vaccinated. Former South Florida talk show host Dick Farrel passed away last week after succumbing to COVID and at the end said that he regretted not getting the jab.

It all boils down to Americans’ constitutional rights versus the rights of big business. Freedom of choice regarding vaccinations is an issue that may well find its way to the Supreme Court.
