Some feel like President Joe Biden continues to live up to his “creepy Joe” nickname — and it’s not hard to see why.
While in the middle of touring a children’s learning center at McHenry County College in the outskirts of northwest Chicago on Wednesday, the president walked up to a child and began whispering in a “creepy” way.
Video footage showed him speaking with several adults in what looked like a McHenry County College classroom when he suddenly turned toward the child and exclaimed, “And oh, by the way, you know what?”
He then clumsily sauntered over to the child, leaned forward, put his hands on his knees, and began whispering.
“We gotta take care of mommy, right? Yeah, I know. How old are you? Twelve? Fourteen? Oh, four! That’s great. Great,” he whispered.
Some believe he’d whispered, “I gotta take your mommy.”

Regardless of what he said, plenty of critics raised concerns.
Some noted that there was pro-Biden administration propaganda on the wall behind the president, almost as if the whole “creepy” endeavor had been part of a photo-op.

Build Back Better poster on the wall. The camera made sure it got in the frame. Pure theater. Using a child for photo ops is gross.

I see a Build Back Better globalist sign in the back. These people are sick!

Others zeroed in on the president’s habit of overestimating the age of children.
According to these critics, such behavior is typical of groomers.
Look:
Actually, this is something groomers do to appeal to kids. Tell them they look/act older than their age, this sets the stage for introducing grown up activities. If someone approaches your kids like this… don’t leave them alone with them!

The guy is a pervert! What a disgusting creep. How many times has he claimed a 4 year old was 12 or more? That is creepy!

He got turned on at first. “12? 😍 … oh, 14? A little old but okay.”

This freak thinks pre-schoolers look twelve or fourteen…because he’s a demented, perverted freak.

One eagle-eyed critic even claimed that the other children in the room were so frightened by Biden that they “instinctively” sought out protection.

Some of these criticisms seem like a stretch, though critics aren’t wrong to note that Biden has a habit of saying troubling things to children.
“I love those barrettes in your hair. I tell you what, look at her. She looks like she’s 19 years old sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed,” he said to a little girl during a Memorial Day weekend speech to military families.

This “creepy” debacle came two days after he made another set of creepy comments — these ones about deceased Minneapolis criminal suspect George Floyd’s 7-year-old daughter.
After meeting with Floyd’s daughter, the president described his interactions with her to the press.
“The first thing she did when she ran in, she just threw her arms around me, gave me a big hug and wanted to sit in my lap,” he said.
“And we spent … she also loved the idea that … she said, ‘I’m really hungry.’ She said, ‘Do you have any snacks?’” the president added.
A reporter then asked, “What did you give her?”
“Well, my wife would kill me. We gave her some ice cream, she had some Cheetos and I think she had some chocolate milk. I’m not sure,” the president replied.

Despite the president’s track record, one contingent of critics actually came to his defense, arguing that, though they dislike him, what he did Wednesday was normal.
These critics also pushed back on the claim that he’d said, “I gotta take your mommy.”
Look at the defense below:
As much as I dislike him, what is weird about this? If you’ve never heard an old person joke about a little kid being older, you’re lying to yourself

This is just an old person thing. Don’t have to make everything weird with this guy, he does that enough.

He’s creepy as all get out, but he’s says “you gotta take care of mommy”

What happened Wednesday is one of several recent whispering incidents by the president.
