With Antifa back from an interesting break from mayhem during the critical weeks leading up to the election, after polling showed their antics were hurting Democrats, Jack Dorsey has suddenly grown concerned.
Violence broke out this week, primarily in Seattle and Portland, by the real domestic terrorists in America, and Twitter was quick to suspend several prominent accounts linked to the violent movement — though now-President Joe Biden thinks Antifa is just an “idea.”
The timing of the action coincided with Biden now being in position to get blamed for the unrest — it also comes well after Twitter permanently suspended Donald Trump’s account out of concern the then-sitting president of the United States may be inciting violence.
Conservative journalist Andy Ngo said in a tweet Thursday the accounts suspended include @RevAbolition, @RevAbolitionNYC, @JewishWorker and @TheBaseBK, an account for the anarchist center in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
Breaking: @Twitter has suspended several prominent #antifa accounts. @TheBaseBK is one of them. The Base is an extremist bookstore in Brooklyn, NY that has been used as an antifa training center. pic.twitter.com/CeCIhzpJBQ

Ngo continues to be a thorn in the side of the anarchists and Marxist revolutionaries who make up Antifa, which is not to exclude a fair share of affluent white kids out for a little excitement — the journalist was attacked and beaten by Antifa thugs last year.
Breaking out on Inauguration Day, Antifa attacked Democratic Party headquarters in Portland, Ore, as well as engaging in vandalism in Seattle.

They carried banners that read, “We don’t want Biden, we want revenge,” and “We are ungovernable.”
Given all we’ve heard about the threat of insurgency, a healthy media would inform the national populace of coordinated riots that occurred across major American cities, particularly when it resulted in the destruction of the state headquarters of a governing political party. pic.twitter.com/CTZAR5zKsr

Police would arrest eight members on charges that included felony criminal mischief, possession of a destructive device, and riot, according to The Oregonian.
The newspaper reported that 150 or so would also march on Portland’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement building, calling for the agency to be abolished.

Here’s a sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
This is a clear assault by the Stasi arm of the Biden Administration on free speech and protest rights in this country.
BUT TRUMP’S TWEETS.

Now that the grumpy senile old man is POTUS. Figures.

You think antifa are just going to roll over? The beast was uncaged and it isn’t just going to disappear. Being scorned by their enablers is going to make them even more angry than they were before. Especially angry with those that betrayed them.

This is Bidens kristallnacht. Chilling.

How do you suspend the accounts of an idea?
— ArmaliteAR-180B (@ArSpade) January 22, 2021
Can you imagine what the media reaction would have been like if it was Trump’s administration? As it is I had to look hard to find anything about it outside of Twitter.

So all of a sudden ANTIFA is bad now?
