Democrats and the mainstream media “rigged” the presidential election by intentionally covering up the Biden family’s ties to China, Tucker Carlson told Fox News viewers.
The host of Tucker Carlson Tonight weighed in on the latest news that Hunter Biden acknowledged what some already knew when he announced that he is under federal investigation over his “tax affairs.” Carlson discussed the confirmation of the investigation by the Biden transition team, and the Democrat himself, on Wednesday as he slammed the media and social media companies for suppressing information.
“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Hunter Biden said in a statement released by his father’s transition team.
“I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors,” he added.

During his monologue on Wednesday, Carlson noted that “a few of us knew that already, to be honest,” reminding his audience that his show had reported before the November election that federal prosecutors had opened a criminal investigation into the younger Biden’s overseas business dealings.
“We knew that was true and other news organizations knew it was true as well. But they didn’t say it. They said nothing. They hid critically relevant news from their readers and their viewers because they didn’t want to hurt Joe Biden’s chances of getting elected,” Carlson said.
“The Justice Department itself refused to confirm the existence of that investigation for fear of being accused of political interference. So going into Election Day, most Americans had no idea any of this was going on. All they knew was that Joe Biden had dismissed the entire thing as a Russian plot and that large numbers of senior officials in the so-called intelligence community agreed with that assessment,” he continued.

However, Carlson contended that for “about a month and eight days” since the election, Democrats have had “zero interest in highlighting Russian meddling” in the 2020 race as they had insisted on over the last four years.
“In fact, the whole topic of foreign interference no longer seems like a priority for the Democratic Party. Why? Because it’s now clear to everyone, whether they’re willing to admit it or not, that the real threat to this country is not Russia and hasn’t been for 30 years, not since the summer of 1991 when the Soviet Union collapsed. To claim otherwise is and was always absurd,” Carlson explained.
The real threat, he continued, is actually from China and its communist government which has “long been in bed with our Democratic elites.”
“In some cases, literally in bed. Yes, we’re looking at you, Eric Swalwell, you lying creep,” the Fox News host said, referring to the unfolding scandal involving the California congressman who allegedly had a relationship with a woman who was a Chinese spy.

The statement from Biden included a message from his father saying he was “deeply proud” of his son.
“We can be pretty sure that Joe Biden didn’t want to issue the statement in the first place. Why would he? Who would want to issue it? If he was pushed to issue the statement, then by whom and for what purpose was he pushed? We don’t know the answer to that,” Carlson speculated.
“We do know that there are powerful forces within the Democratic Party that do not like Joe Biden. They believe Joe Biden is too male and too white and too wedded to politics as it used to be, back when there was a functioning Constitution that provided checks and balances on power,” he added, suggesting they want to “displace” Biden and get his vice presidential running mate Kamala Harris in control.
Carlson explained that the federal investigation of Biden “is based in part on suspicious activity reports on foreign transactions” which, Carlson recounted, were not allowed to be discussed before the election as the media and Big Tech companies did their part to suppress the issue in order to not negatively affect votes for the former vice president.
Reports and even eyewitness accounts of Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China were dismissed as conspiracy theories and “Russian disinformation.”
“Most media outlets deemed it unworthy of mentioning at all. Now it turns out all of them were lying,” Carlson said.
“Again, if you’re looking for election rigging, look no further. That’s what this is,” he concluded. “They kept information from the public in order to influence the outcome of the election. They rigged it!”
