Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden sparked more concerns over his mental health after strange moments in his campaign speech from Pittsburgh.
The former vice president accused President Trump of “stoking violence” and called him a “toxic presence” during his first major campaign speech since the Democratic National Convention. But his remarks, delivered in front of a former Pittsburgh steel mill, gained instant social media attention for one particular moment that sent the video trending on Twitter.

Biden had ventured out of his home in Wilmington, Del., where he has been hiding out through the coronavirus pandemic. His trip to Pennsylvania Monday had limited supporters as his campaign team did not want to take any risks with the virus.
At one point during his remarks, Biden seemed to struggle to string words together into a complete sentence.
“COVID has taken this year — just since the outbreak — has taken 100 year. Look, here’s…the lives…it’s just…I mean, think about it. More lives this year than any other year for the past 100 years,” the 77-year-old said.

“OMG. This isn’t a mispronunciation or stumbling over a few words. This is really bad,” Republican activist and co-founder of the WalkAway movement, Brandon Straka tweeted.
The Trump campaign shared the video along with the seemingly confused sign language interpreter.

Fox News host Sean Hannity noted how Biden took no questions and left the podium silently at the end of his speech.

Biden’s Wall Street supporters and others were soon advising that he skip the presidential debates.

“I like Joe Biden. But there’s a reason they’ve kept him hidden in the basement. This is hard to watch,” Fox Sports Radio host Clay Travis tweeted.
Many others also weighed in on the latest of many flubs and gaffes that have dogged the Democrat since he launched his campaign.

Biden held an event at 2pm, claimed COVID has taken “More lives this year than any other year for the past 100 years” and ran out without a single question.
