And just like that they’ve caved …
“Woke” NBA players agreed during a meeting Thursday to continue their playing season, only hours after the league had cancelled a whole day’s worth of games and hypocritical social justice warrior & player LeBron James of the LA Lakers had begun calling for the entire season to be cancelled.

The fact that the NBA’s boycott lasted fewer than 24 hours earned it widespread mockery and derision.

They looked at their bank accounts and decided to resume their paychecks.

They had the realization that maybe the world won’t stop spinning if they stop dribbling. They then decided to end the strike before they faded into obscurity. Hate to see it happen.

The hoopla began after the shooting of black criminal suspect Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin over the weekend. LeBron was one of the first to speak out, telling reporters on Monday that black people are “scared” for their lives because of the cops.
Not mentioned in his rant was the fact that Blake had tussled with the police and then reportedly reached for a knife in his vehicle right before he was shot.
Two days after LeBron’s remarks, the Milwaukee Bucks decided to boycott a game.
“[T]he Milwaukee Bucks took the first step in what became a series of protests across professional sports by deciding not to take the court for Game 5 of their first-round series against the Orlando Magic,” CBS Sports reported.
Soon after, the league joined the boycott:
The NBA and the NBPA today announced that in light of the Milwaukee Bucks’ decision to not take the floor today for Game 5 against the Orlando Magic, today’s three games – MIL-ORL, HOU-OKC and LAL-POR have been postponed. Game 5 of each series will be rescheduled.

Afterward, the league scheduled a meeting for players and owners to discuss their next step going forward, according to CBS Sports:
“Following the announcement that all NBA games were postponed on Wednesday, the players and coaches inside the bubble met to discuss next steps as the following days of action and perhaps the rest of the postseason hangs in the balance.”
According to reports, LeBron and fellow NBA player Kawhi Leonard of the Los Angeles Clippers “were adamant about not playing the rest of the playoffs”:

But according to other reports, every other team that participated in the meeting disagreed:

Apparently, most NBA players, or team management didn’t share LeBron’s interest in being social justice warriors on behalf of a longtime criminal suspect with a history of “domestic violence,” “sex abuse” and assaulting the police.
An insider confirmed that LeBron wound up leaving the meeting early and was followed soon after by the rest of the Lakers and the Clippers.
Based on his angry tweets, it’s assumed he left early out of anger (*Language warning):

But in a follow-up vote the next morning, LeBron reportedly caved.
He “had a change of mind if not heart — he understood it was best for the players and best for the league that the playoffs continue. He also understood his role in all that,” NBC Sports confirmed.
The outlet added, “LeBron and the Lakers agreeing to play was critical to keeping the NBA bubble going.”
In other words, had LeBron — the loudest of the NBA’s SJWs — not caved, it’s possible the entire season would have been cancelled. But instead LeBron caved, kind of just like how he and the rest of the NBA have and continue to endlessly cave to China.
Why exactly did he cave? While there are no definitive answers, there are certainly theories:
