Failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams trended on Twitter immediately after Democrat Senator Kamala Harris was selected as Joe Biden’s vice presidential running mate.
Many joked that Abrams will refuse to concede the VP slot, just like she contested the Georgia governor’s race even after the vote count clearly showed she lost.
Outside of Georgia, few people knew who Abrams was before she shot to fame for stubbornly refusing to concede.
To this day, Abrams still insists that she won the November 2018 election against Republican Brian Kemp, who was certified the winner two years ago.
Most recently, Abrams made headlines for obnoxiously lobbying for Biden to choose her, claiming she was the best candidate.
Twitter joked that Kamala had better watch her back because Abrams is breathing down her neck.
Author Juanita Broaddrick quipped: “Stacey Abrams says she will not concede the VP slot and plans on debating Mike Pence.”

All jokes aside, Abrams acknowledged Harris’ selection and claimed that she was “thrilled to support Kamala Harris.”
Thrilled to support @KamalaHarris as next VP. I was honored to speak with @JoeBiden at length over the weekend and again today. His focus on reaching out to every corner of our country speaks to how he will lead us. I look forward to doing all I can for Team #BidenHarris!

Many black commentators blasted Harris, saying she’s not an authentic African-American and is culturally appropriating their ethnicity to further her career.
Candace Owens tweeted that Kamala Harris “swore into Congress as an “Indian-American” and is now playing the ‘I’m a black a woman’ card.”
I am SO EXCITED that we get to watch @KamalaHarris, who swore into congress as an “Indian-American”, now play the “I’m a black a woman” card all the way until November.

CJ Pearson pointed out: “Kamala Harris isn’t an African-American. Her mother is from India, her father is from Jamaica. She’s deliberately lying about her ethnic identity. Isn’t this called cultural appropriation?”
Isn’t this called, like, cultural appropriation or something?

Civil-rights attorney Leo Terrell is a lifelong Democrat and former Trump critic. He slammed Kamala Harris, saying he will vote for President Trump because Biden chose her as his running mate.
Terrell blasted Harris as an unqualified, “affirmative-action” token candidate.
“I said if Kamala Harris is selected, I am voting Republican. She got selected,” Terrell said. “Kamala Harris was selected for two reasons: Because she’s a woman and because of her race. That’s called affirmative action. She’s not qualified to be vice president. She’s not qualified to be one heartbeat away from the highest office in the land.”
Terrell continued: “This woman has gone so far-left. If you like your health care, she wants to take it away. She believes in socialized medicine. She has no principles or scruples. She called Joe Biden a racist. That’s [the only thing] she’s correct about. But she shot down President Trump and Tim Scott’s proposal for criminal justice reform. She shot it down because it came from Republicans. We have to save this country. This election is very important.”

This week, Harris’ former lover—former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown—urged Harris to “politely decline” Biden’s VP offer. Brown, a Democrat, has admitted having an extramarital affair with Harris in the 1990s. Brown also confessed that he helped Kamala’s career while sleeping with her.
Brown said the vice-presidential position is “not the job” for Harris. Instead, Brown suggested that she try to be Attorney General if Biden wins, saying that would give her a more viable path to run for president in 2024.
Kamala Harris’ tenure as attorney general of California was marred by controversy and accusations of corruption.
For years, Latino activists slammed Harris for refusing to investigate the Ponzi scheme operated by nutritional supplement marketer Herbalife in exchange for what amounts to bribes masquerading as “donations” from Herbalife lobbyist Heather Podesta.
Heather Podesta was then married to Tony Podesta, the high-powered lobbyist with longstanding ties to Hillary Clinton. Tony’s brother, John Podesta, was the campaign manager for Hillary 2016 presidential campaign.

Moreover, Harris turned a blind eye when one of her top aides was forced to pay out $400,000 to settle a 2016 sexual harassment claim. That senior aide worked for Harris even after she became a U.S. Senator.
Kamala Harris then hypocritically rose to fame in 2018 after viciously attacking Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his Supreme Court confirmation, when he was smeared with sham, 11th-hour sexual misconduct claims.
