A far-left political organization has produced a racist list of 75 white Democrats who haven’t yet pledged their support for black reparations.

Dubbed “The White List,” the patently racist list contains “75 of the White Democratic House members have not yet voted for HR40, a bill to study reparations for Black Americans,” according to Democracy in Color.

“Email/call/tweet at the below House members and ask them: What are you waiting for? You say you are for social and racial justice. You say you are for fighting anti-black racism. You say that Black Lives Matter. Why are you waiting to do something about it? Why haven’t you joined as a cosponsor of HR 40, a bill to study reparations for Black Americans, yet?” a call-to-action on the group’s website reads.

Democracy in Color’s decision to target 75 House Democrats over the color of their skin raises questions of just how much bigotry the Democrat Party is willing to tolerate.

As it stands, the party is already mired in antisemitism and white supremacy. Like rapper Kanye West noted in remarks last month, Democrats believe that blacks owe them their vote, and this belief is essentially white supremacy defined.

“That is a form of racism and white supremacy and white control to say that all black people need to be Democrat. … And Democrats used to tell me, the same Democrats have threatened me,” he said in an interview with Forbes.

“[T]he first day I registered to vote … I was scared. I was told that if I voted on Trump my music career would be over. I was threatened into being in one party. I was threatened as a celebrity into being in one party. I was threatened as a black man into the Democratic party. And that’s what the Democrats are doing, emotionally, to my people. Threatening them to the point where this white man can tell a black man if you don’t vote for me, you’re not black.”

The latter remark was in reference to presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s widely panned assertion that “you ain’t black” unless you vote for him. Biden has since added that blacks are allegedly not as “diverse” as Latinos.

A couple of weeks after the interview, evidence emerged suggesting that the Democrat Party also boasts an innate disdain for all white people.

The evidence, a leaked draft of the Democrat Party’s “platform” released by Politico, contained 15 negative references to white people. Moreover, in the document, every racial/ethnic group was capitalized except for whites.

Days later, a Democrat political organization is now purposefully targeting 75 House Democrats specifically because of the color of their skin. How is this not racist?

Introduced in Congress in January 2019, the bill that the group supports would establish a commission to study the “merits” of paying reparations for slavery to all black Americans, despite no black American currently alive having ever experienced slavery, nor any white American currently alive having ever owned slaves.

In a column published last month, the organization’s founder, Steve Phillips, argued “[t]here has never been a more promising period for” enacting reparations than now.

“The current uprisings have made the imperative for this conversation even more compelling. The United States is in the midst of a racial justice reckoning unlike anything it has seen since John Lewis, Amelia Boynton, and other activists tried to march across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Ala., in March 1965,” he opined.

“Those peaceful protesters encountered police mounted on horseback, who swung billy clubs into the skulls of marchers and shot tear gas at the assembled men, women, and children. The nationally televised broadcast of that attack—on what came to be known as Bloody Sunday—shocked the conscience of the country, and created the political will for the passage of the Voting Rights Act later that year.”

But it’s not the 1960s, and the protests for civil rights of yore don’t in any way, shape or form resemble the violent, dangerous riots that have broken out across America over the death of a convicted criminal who’d been resisting arrest.

Plus, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released in June, 80 percent of Americans oppose reparations, including plenty of non-whites.

“I’m not racist and think it’s an insult for someone to pay me or anyone else strictly based on the color of their skin,” Burgess Owens, a retired National Football League player and a Republican candidate for Congress, told Reuters at the time.
