Megyn Kelly sparked a firestorm on social media after her truth bomb about HBO’s censorship offended liberals.

The former Fox News and NBC News host fired off a series of tweets on Wednesday slamming the decision by HBO to remove “Gone With the Wind” from its streaming service over concerns of racial content in the classic 1939 film. Kelly’s spotlight on the political correctness earned her expected backlash from the left who saw no problem with the move.

“Are we going to pull all of the movies in which women are treated as sex objects too?” Kelly tweeted to her 2.4 million followers. “Guess how many films we’ll have left? Where does this end??”

She followed with another tweet directed at HBO’s streaming platform, suggesting that several other shows would also have to be removed if the censorship criteria are to be applied fairly.

“OK @hbomax – let’s do this – every episode of ‘Friends’ needs to go right now. If not, you hate women (& LGBTQ ppl, who also don’t fare well on ‘Friends’). Obviously Game of Thrones has to go right now,” Kelly added. “Anything by John Hughes … Woody Allen… could go on & on… & on…& on…”

The winner of 10 Academy Awards, “Gone With the Wind” also landed Vivian Lee with a Best Actress award and Hattie McDaniel became the first African American woman to be awarded an Oscar, winning the award for Best Supporting Actress.

Responding to Twitter users commenting on her remarks, Kelly noted that Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese and “Law & Order” could also face the PC police in light of Paramount Network’s recent move to pull reality TV series “Cops” after more than three decades on the air.

“For the record, you can loathe bad cops, racism, sexism, bias against the LGBTQ community, and not censor historical movies, books, music and art that don’t portray those groups perfectly. Ppl understand art reflects life… as we evolve, so do our cultural touchstones,” Kelly tweeted.

Twitter users torched Kelly over her comments, which became a trending topic on Twitter Wednesday.

But she held her own with some critics, calling them out on their backlash.
