Fox News contributor Donna Brazile sent co-hosts of “The Five” into a fit of laughter over her take on the First Amendment.

The former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman left the panel momentarily speechless after she declared that “there’s no First Amendment right to lie” during a discussion on the battle between President Trump and Twitter.

“This whole fact-checking thing is designed as a way to tackle misinformation which would be good if there was a balance,” Greg Gutfeld noted in the discussion after President Trump blasted the platform this week for adding a fact-check label to his tweets about mail-in voting.

“But we do know from research that the news media is about 90 percent liberal, so the right generally is over-policed daily compared to the left,” he added.

“Free speech is something that Americans cherish, American companies should cherish and there was no need for Twitter to get involved yesterday,” co-host Dana Perino, who interviewed Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, noted.

“Why fact-check that particular tweet? There are hundreds of tweets that you could choose,” she added.

Co-host Jesse Watters eventually got his chance to slam Twitter.

“The whole thing is so cooked up,” Watters said after unloading on the social media giant for doing the bidding of the Democratic Party, suggesting they could even end up “helping the president” by exposing the bias and manipulation.

“I get so sick and tired of hearing all of the whining,” Brazile reacted. “All of this whining. Jesus Christ, Jesse, I wish I could send you some tissue but I have to be six feet from you so therefore I would have to throw it at you.”

The two ended up talking over each other as Watters said the one whining was actually Brazile, and she went on about “conspiracy theories” and Trump’s alleged lies on Twitter. She continued her narrative, declaring that, if it were up to her, she would have “deleted” the president’s tweets, notably the ones about MSNBC host Joe Scarborough and the mail-in ballots.

“There’s no First Amendment right to lie. Period,” Brazile announced.

The declaration was followed by a moment of on-air silence until the co-hosts absorbed what she had said.

“You can’t lie?!” Gutfeld asked, looking puzzled.

“Well, actually, you can,” Perino chimed in as the panel laughed.

‘There is no First Amendment right to lie. There’s no First Amendment right to lie. You just go ahead and lie,” Brazile insisted.

“I can say I’m 6 feet tall. Are you going to have me arrested?” Gutfeld quipped.

“What would happen to politicians, Donna? If you couldn’t lie, you’d have no politics,” he added.

The president is reportedly set to sign an executive order “pertaining to social media,” according to White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. Trump accused Twitter of “completely stifling FREE SPEECH” in a tweet Wednesday and vowed he would “not allow it to happen!”

“Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms totally silence conservatives voices. We will strongly regulate, or close them down, before we can ever allow this to happen,” he added in another tweet.
